1. Entry: You must be a member of SaveYourLinks.com to enter, but no purchase is necessary. You must be 18 or older to be eligible for this contest and must reside in the United States of America or Canada. Contest runs every month until discontinued by WizData Systems, Inc.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF MEANS OF ENTRY.
No responsibility is assumed by WizData Systems for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the SaveYourLinks.com username. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who initially signed up for the SaveYourLinks.com account. All entries become the property of WizData Systems, Inc. and will not be returned to entrant. The potential winner may be requested to provide WizData Systems, Inc. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the SaveYourLinks.com associated with the winning entry.
2. Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on the 30th of every month. one winner will receive an Palm Pilot m100. Winners will be notified by a message in their PRIVATE account (accessable when they log in) within 5 days after selection. If winner is unreachable after 3 days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received.
3. Prizes: One (1) Palm Pilot m100 will be awarded WizData Systems, Inc. per month until this contested is ended.
4. Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of WizData Systems, their respective parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
5. General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Entrants further grant to WizData Systems the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for WizData Systems, and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless WizData Systems, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. 6. Conduct: By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. WizData Systems reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or web-site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

WizData Systems assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. WizData Systems is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web-site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. 8. Winners List: The name of the prize winners may be obtained by visiting the SaveYourLinks.com website a minimum of five (5) days after the contest ends for that month.
9. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED HEREIN, THE PRIZES ARE PROVIDED TO WINNERS "AS IS" WITHOUT FURTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WIZDATA SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL FURTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE DELIVERABLES.
